Synopsis: This workshop explores ways to influence people as a project manager. Attendees will work through two use cases and apply methods for buy-ins, challenge beliefs, reframe problems, foster collaboration, and inspire innovation.

Attendees will take away from this workshop

1. Understand that different audiences require different strategy. 
2. Discover how to strengthen team bonds, inspire collaborative problem-solving, and boost morale by creating shared meaning and purpose amongst peers.
3. Discover strategies on how to influence senior management leaders.

Speaker:  Julia Kuo, PMP, POPM

About the Speaker.  Julia Kuo is a senior product manager consultant at a consultant at a Fortune 500 company.  She worked in Paris before she settled in the East Coast with her family.  She has 10+ years working in project management, product management at UBS in NY/NJ before moving to Colorado with her family 3+ years ago.  She has experiences in strategy, execution, and people leadership.  She is also a certified yoga instructor and a therapy dog team at CU hospital.  She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
